Another Continental Project?

Looks like Claudio is building another project in Kirkland, Continental Properties is planning a five-story apartment building in downtown Kirkland. They said the project will have about 132 units and 12,000 square feet of retail space. In May of 2015 Continental Properties paid $12 million, or about $285 per square foot, for the land at 113 Third St. Claudio said he has not chosen an architect or contractor yet. He has done several projects in Kirkland one of which was the 73 unit project Jeremy just completed located at Fourth Street and Central Way. This is a great company to partner with.
