Residence Inn Northgate

The project will be a seven-story hotel, 114,000 sf, encompassing 167 hotel rooms, business meeting spaces, restaurant & bar, and indoor pool. This project is the start of a larger master planned redevelopment of the Northgate area by Simon Properties, and will eventually include several hotels, office towers, and several retail areas. The hotel is adjacent to the new NHL practice facilities and a light rail station.
