Bothell Commons

The Avalon Bothell Commons is a multifamily mixed-use community with an array of living options, commercial space, walkability, community and connectivity. The project consists of a 23 acre development that will house 23 multifamily buildings with over 6,000 sf of commercial retail space on the ground-level. The multifamily spaces will offer the city of Bothell over 800 new apartment units and 110 townhome units as additional living options.
