Lake Boren Townhomes consists of 56, three-story townhome condominiums divided amongst eight buildings. The townhome units are wood framed over slab on grade and strip footings. Project includes lake front recreation / amenity area, including a large sand set paver patio area with built-in BBQ’s, a wood framed trellis structure, fire pit, kayak racks, and floating dock
